These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ignite London’s services.

1. Services

Ignite London provides professional leak detection and plumbing services across London. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms of engagement.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted include VAT unless stated otherwise. Initial survey fees are non-refundable. Additional work beyond the initial scope will be quoted separately before commencement.

3. Insurance Work

Where work is being carried out under an insurance claim, the client remains responsible for any excess or charges not covered by their policy. Reports are provided for insurance purposes and meet standard insurer requirements.

4. Liability

Ignite London carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon and documented in our service reports.
